SWOP Certified Proofs

When your PRINT must be EXACT

Allegra Southend is one of the few commercial printers in the Charlotte area who

provide Certified SWOP proofs on systems verified to meet the most exact print industry

certification standards (IDEAlliance Certification Program). More on SWOP certification

SWOP Certified Proofs are essential whenever you need to know or demonstrate exactly

how your design will be produced on press. For example:

There are many variables that determine print quality on the press: Process and spot

colors (often overprinting each other), laydown order, substrate, highlight dot control

and varying tone reproduction curves all complicate the job. You can’t afford to overlook
